   Very good capture. I love the use of the lines (rope & platform) to add a very graphical element. The light is well balanced and control. DOF is perfect with the blurry touch of colour in the background.

    this photo inspires me everyday. i look at it and feel like i can do anything. i am in the midst of creating a dance/theater work about a blind girl who falls in love with dancing on a rooftop because it is the only place where she can clearly feel the edge between what is, and what is not. she later finds herself living her dream as a circus performer, taking up tightrope walking, but eventually finds that her dream is not all she thought it might be, and that no matter where you go, you are always going to find yourself amidst a circus.
    anyway, your photo "holds ground" for me as i work on the story. you never know where your photos live and breathe, and how they might inspire and unfold entirely new and beautiful worlds. thank you.
