Stolen bike parts are sold OPENLY at Brick Lane market every Saturday.
The police seem to nothing to stop this.
They do, however, spend thousands of pounds trying to stop the monthly Critical Mass bike ride.

LOL, that happened to me at St. Albans station. I felt so stupid and had to carry the thing a mile home. £38 each per new tyre!
