Baby Shower Cupcakes - red velvet cake w/ pink frosting

    I made three dozen red velvet cupcakes for Linda's Baby Shower. She's expecting a girl (hence the pink cream cheese frosting) and she already picked out a name, "Natalia"
    So I cut out some fondant circles and painted an N monogram on them. I thought they looked cute and chic ;-)
    Here they are all ready to go in my Cupcake Courier.
