Job was to photograph the interior living room with river view. As I pulled into the driveway the entrance was so nice I couldn't resist the opportunity to add these to the shoot, for free, (oh, and my portfolio).

Canon 5D.
Circular B&W polarizing filter.
Hand-held incident light metering.
2nd exposure +1 stop for the interior and doorway. Didn't really need to mask the 2nd exposure but thought it helped a little.
