      No it's not "orton", I didn't know it before.
      It's a Hdr from a single Raw file created with Photomatix and modified with PS.

      The hdr effect is quite striking. Is it difficult to achieve? Do you recommend Photomatix?

      Yes, I recommend Photomatix, it's very useful.
      But To obtain this effect Photomatix was not enough, I have to elaborate it with Photoshop (tools: Levels, Burn/Dodge tool, Shadow/Highlights with Layer Mask...ecc.)
