I had to pull over into the Caputos parking lot when I saw this sunrise. Who would think you'd get a shot like this from a parking lot? Goes to show that you dont have to be anywhere exotic. I edited this in LR then brought it into the desktop version of an iphone app to add the border and purple hue, then back into photoshop to remove the effect over the sun itself. I have a weird stigma about doing such things but does it really matter? I dont know... it's just like using an action or preset in Photoshop, right?

A couple years ago we found this Forest Preserve area in Bensenville. We finally went back to fully check this place out. It's called Fischer Farm. There are quite a bif of photo opportunities. I will post more soon!

This past weekend we had an engagement session at D'Lara Photography and the bride-to-be came in wearing perfect snow clothes so we decided to take them outside in the new-ish snow. Well after Stacy took their pictures we decided to head out ourselves and take the same kind of images.
