    I get lost when putting these things together. PS photomerge doesn't work very accurately with these mosaics. Have to do a bunch, and blend the rest one at a time.

    So if i understand this correctly this is a panorama of some sort? I found that photomerge does not do the job for me with tiled pano's... and get much better results using Autopano giga, maybe you should try it out sometime and see if it does nice things for you :)
