I am making a cholent stew with chicken, onions, potatoes, beans, lemon, green chillies, garlic and cumin. I am not sure if it going to be Sephardic or Southwestern but I love white chicken chili so this is my take on it. When it is halfway done I'll add
I made challah but the yeast were a bunch of slackers and only rose about half as much as normal. Sad excuse for Saccharomyces cerevisiae. I baked it anyway and hope it turns out ok.
