A man was killed, we cheered.
Should this be our way?

I'm glad that he met his end violently. But I find the party atmosphere at the loss of life a little disturbing. People shouting "USA, USA, USA" like it was a sporting event or something. Yes, an evil man was taken care of...but show a little class people. We're coming off no better than those who cheered at the loss of American lives in the past.

Going to start trying to take a picture/upload a day for a month and take it from there (365?).

Selling my old gear. Toyed with the idea of carrying two bodies, but I didn't like the extra weight, and extra space being taken up, plus (hopefully) the money from my ebay auction will come in handy in offsetting the cost of my recent upgrades. But most likely I'll put the money towards more gear...or another bag that I don't really need.

I will also try and write a haiku for each photo. Hopefully the quality of the photos and poems will get better as I go.
