      No Andy - the mats ARE purple! We only go once a week for an hour.
      Jilly - you could see ME doing it but there were others in the group who didn't fancy being on the internet for everyone to look at!

      I take pilates too. We use those big balls tho. I can never stay on it.

      It's very good isn't it beeble? I am glad Caron doesn't give us those balls - her lessons are in different hired out rooms so she can't cart them around! I only once tried one and fell off immediately!
