Nighttrain to Vienna and Milano.

I took this shot with a simple Canon Powershot A460,and a tiny tabletripod.I did the same with my 1975 Nikon F2S mounted, but the film has to be processed yet.I'm very curious what the differences will be...Utrecht CS.This train (and lots of other CN trains I've seen last days)are hauled by Railion engines-in this case the 1613 "Roermond"-,which is a cargo company.....

That'll be an interesting comparison to see. I've been meaning to do something similar. How are you getting the Nikon shots digitized? By scanning film or prints? And do you shoot transparency film or color negative?

      Thank you!
I had negatives and slidefilm scanned. However:the quality of scanned slides is no match for the same slides projected. So I scan negatives only, slides are projected only, until I get better quality.

Ik zag gisteren de CNL uit Milaan langszij komen in Utrecht. Aan de manier van stoppen kan je zien, dat de machinist alleen goederentreinen gewend was. De reizigers, voorzover nog te bed, werden eruitgelazerd.
