Parco Nazionale Torres del Paine
Uno dei più bei parchi del Cile, riserva della biosfera dal 1978 e
cuore della Patagonia cilena che qui si manifesta in tutta la sua
grandiosità.
Il suo nome deriva dalle tre montagne dalla forma allungata (le
"Torres") che fanno parte di una catena montuosa formatasi
circa 12 milioni di anni fa e dal Rio Paine che in lingua tehuelche
significa "fiume Azzurro"
