Say Cheese!

    I was introduced to roped Provel cheese during my stay in St. Louis. It was mega yummy on a salad, and had quickly moved to the list of my favorite cheeses! Yum!

    (And yes, I did try a St. Louis style pizza with provel.. it was good, but a bit too strong to enjoy much of.)
