A Purple Tone

I took some of this batch of expired Velvia to Scotland. In soft, failing, wet light it was frankly awful, with the pictures coming out blurry and pinkish.

I gambled on taking the last couple of rolls to the Maldives. Sheesh, I am so glad that I did. Photos like this are why I shoot film.

Bathtime

Was a bit disappointed when I arrived in the Maldives with Pro 160S film loaded. "What use is that with warm light and lovely blues and greens?", I thought.

This kind of use.
