a firm knock on the door...

    and the heavy thump of something being carelessly tossed to the ground-

    footsteps rushing away and a delivery truck rumbling to a start-

    my heart beat so quickly... I knew my linen had arrived-

    I go through this every month

      at my house, the firm knock at the door would have been followed by at least one dog barking and one child, who had just fallen asleep for a nap, crying :^)

      When I was younger we used to call the UPS man the "goodie man" which never struck me as odd until I realized the rest of the world didn't! Isn't it fun to get 'things' (which aren't bills) even if you're expecting them?

      i love the linen texture and colors. I make my own home decor products-- cushion covers ,napkin and placemats,runners etc using linen. i live in the caribbean (grenada) to be exact. would send some pics when i learn how to do it. but where can i buy some of that linen..please help.
