I noticed you did a lot of work to the rear
of the house with addition of windows. Who
did the work and what was the estimated cost
of taking out walls and adding all the
windows? Did you use residential or a

yes, we just had a big tiki luau here over the weekend. and only one person fell in the pool, but that was sorta intentional.

@Jorge: The clerestories (those triangular openings at the top) are not framed windows - it's just single-pane glass set into the wood.
The sliders ae residential grade anodized aluminum from Jeld-Wen. Can't remember who did the work.
