    VOLDA BYGDETUN

    Volda Bygdetun is a collection of farmhouses arranged like an average farm from Sunnmøre around 1850. Garvenmuseet is an old tannery where you can experience how they have prepared skin for centuries back in time. The Tannery Museum was in 1997 awarded "Olav's Rose" for the way it shows the traditions and quality of the ancient art of tanning skins.
