Your image got used in a UK national
newspaper today. The Guardian.
If you had not placed this image as
"Creative Commons" licence you
could have been paid up to $100USD for the
use. But because it was free for anyone to
use they gave you a credit and paid you
nothing.
Yeah, but would they have used this image if
it had cost them money? They would have just
found another one. It was used within the
spirit of CC licencing, which is a beautiful
thing.
