      It wouldn't pass the MOT test in the UK. In fact, they probably would just stick a 'fail' on it without insprecting it.

      There's a huge irony that someone can drive around in a deathtrap putting themselves and others at risk, but someone insisting that they make the vehicle safer could be sued.

      So so wrong.
