Girl dancing
I took my camera to a dance performance at the junior high school our daughter attends, and snapped about 150 pictures. Vanessa participated in the event, although this is obviously someone else, and Vanessa herself isn't sure who it is. I had the camera set to Program mode throughout this performance, and as anyone familiar with action photography will know, I took those 150 images in the hope that perhaps four or five of them would be worth posting here. A few more will follow, but after looking at the photos in my computer, I decided I liked this one best of all, so it is the first of them to be uploaded.
(Update: I happen to love this picture, and I can't tell you how delighted I am to discover that it made Explore, where it is ranked #285 as I add this brief paragraph to my description.)
