The home of Thomas Lloyd Posey, son of territorial governor Thomas Posey, is also preserved as part of the district. A brick home built in 1817, it was a museum operated by the Daughters of the American Revolution through 1999. It is one of the oldest homes in Indiana and was added to the district in 1989. It was acquired by the state in 2000 but has been vacant since that time.
