thanks pam -- I got home from work tonight, looked out back and saw the forsythia glowing in the evening sun so I grabbed the camera and took a few shots. couldn't resist all the beautiful yellow. ;)

Yay! I knew what it was before I put the curser on it. We had a big bush growing outside the front door of the house I grew up in. One of my favorite signs of spring. After my dad taught me the name, I loved saying it; thinking the name was as beautiful as the plant :)
The background looks so lovely and warm.
