Franz Josef Glacier

We are still making our way up the glacier. I can not remember how long we had been walking by this time. I know that it was at least an hour if not more, because this was my first day on the glacier and I had booked a half day excursion. That option gave a person one hour on the ice if I remember correctly. I have the literature stored away, but I am too lazy to dig it out now.
