In Memorium- Fade from red to black

The world and winter are colder without 'The Red One' as her family called her. The fire in a gaggle of blond and brown heads.

A wonderfully warm person who was ever kind to a stranger in strange lowland that wandered into and finally out her sister's & family's life many years ago.

She died on Valentines day of a broken heart and probably worse... life's stunning unkindness and domestic horror. With the additional indignity of police disinterest and indifference to the day's suspicious circumstances and events.
