Daniel is the youngest child in his family. He enjoys school and playing with his friends.

In the morning Daniel gets up, has breakfast, lets the goats out to graze, gets his things together and heads to school. It takes about an hour to walk to school and they children arrive @ 7.30am. English is his favourite subject. At 4 o’clock school finishes and there is playtime until 5. After that Daniel walks home.

When he gets home from school he changes out of his uniform and get something to eat.

His first job is to get water from the pump. He travels to the pump on a bike, even though the bike is much too big for him. He ties up the goats, washes the dishes and after his chores are done he goes to the nearby field to play football with some of the older boys. Daniel’s favourite team is Arsenal- although he rarely gets to see them play.

Daniel wants to continue his education and help the community by becoming a doctor.
