September 11 WTC Dad Hero 2
I decended into the new Port Authority NY-NJ Transit Station at the
edge of Ground Zero. The wall to the right at the bottom of the stairs
was covered with many dozens of touching, gut-wrenching drawings made
by children, some who can't remember their Dad. Mom had to wait to
tell them how he died when they got old enough to understand. I did
not know these were there. I froze and well you may understand by
looking at just a few here. I took the pictures later, returning from
Hoboken NJ.
p.s. This one is the most graphic and painful to look at. I get
extremely angry at the murderers of his Poppy. Justice needing to be
done cries out as hard as this innocent kid's just wanting to feel his
Dad's hug again.
