Fuguchiri - Blowfish Hot Pot

The last one is, you know, of course Fuguchiri!! It's a blowfish hot pot. Put them all into a hot-pot filled with seaweed broth.
We enjoyed blowfish dinner with beer and blowfish fin sake.

Deep-flied Blowfish

Compared to deep-flied chicken, it's much more soft, lightly-seasoned, and I believe healthy. I like it.

Blowfish Dinner Party!!

We had a party at Shihose (しほ瀬) in Tokyo. Enjoyed blowfish dinner course.
This is called "Tessa (てっさ)", sliced raw blowfish, eat with ponzu sauce.
