這款南瓜土司是從 Christina的田園土司(胡蘿蔔泥) 學習演變而來 低油, 低糖, 低酵母... 可是超級好吃.. 呃...為什麼同樣的土司照三次? 因為我想把在WS新買的麵包架入 鏡...下次再見到它, 是一個多月後了....

二次發酵至八九分滿, 準備進爐前。。。 這個麵團打好時, 把新買來, 號稱超準的溫度計插入麵團... 華氏71度而已咧...已經打出薄膜了說... KA Pro+Christina 的 KA打麵團秘級+中種法 = 在美國打出完美麵團

這是弟媳教我的...材料很簡單, 就如圖片一樣, 加一大匙米酒和兩大匙醬油, 一滴水都沒加, 用大同電鍋, 外鍋三杯水, 按壓兩次~三次, 好香。。

將醃好的肉取出, 用洗淨的手抹去表面醬料, 放在烤架上, 底部墊上烤盤, 以防油脂滴落增加清理困難 華氏 390 度烤 20 分鐘, 取出翻面, 再烤 20 分鐘 因醃漬醬汁裡含有糖份, 所以烤好後邊緣多少都會有點兒焦, 用食物專用剪刀修掉就好, 不礙事的...
