Parade Magazine, Nature Conservancy Contest Winner
Several months ago I sent my photo, "Dragonfly On Blue Waterlily," to Parade Magazine for the nature photo contest co-sponsored by the Nature Conservancy. Little did I know there would be more than 200,000 photos submitted to the contest. Parade and the Conservancy picked 100 winners and my photo is one of them. It will be published in Parade on Dec. 2. flickr has been a big part of my photo life. Without flickr I don't think I would have been shooting nature and enjoying it so much. Happy Thanksgiving to all my flickr friends!
