Baby quilt
For Rob's brother's new son. It's crib sized, a bit shy of 45x60in.
300 squares sounds like a lot of sewing but isn't so bad. I pressed my seams to the side for the first time which made lining up the seams easy but my walking foot was not a fan. I had to quilt this pretty slowly or the walking foot would get stuck at each bump. Boo.

The color combination, and the alternating squares of a neutral background, add a lot of interest to this quilt. Great choices!
