We have had rain and storms today in Sydney, so here are some more from my archives. My neighbour down the end of the street has a beautiful magnolia tree in his garden and I had forgotten that I had taken these photos. #234 on Explore.

Thank you Phoebe, Aamir, fouramjava and Donna. I took this in August the day before we left for our trip to Africa. I have a feeling that our magnolias bloom during the cooler months as August is still our Winter. We mainly have the pink ones in our neighbourhood - this colour and a maroon colour.
