Hampton Court-Pommes Dorees

Robin bastes the "apples" with a parsley-colored batter. The "pommes dorees" are a large meatball of pork, egg white, salt and pepper, made thick enough to be roasted on a spit. The batter is made from flour and almond milk. Instead of golden, these apples are meant to be green.
