The days are so short, the light seem to not even make it across the Horizon before it becomes dark again...
Yesterday it began to snow, heaps and heaps of fluffy freezing white stuff...It still does, it has not stopped yet apart from the occasional hours here and there ...and I know it will melt by Friday or so ..
But .. the Light?
I really, really miss it ...badly ...

This is an imperfection, although better when viewed large and before the ice covers the bay completely ...I couldn't resist it either way and it was not as much the Merganser as it was the water, the blue and gold ...
