Looking down into the almost-empty "fleur de lys" beer glass. From The Refuge restaurant menu: "8% ABV, elegant orange peel, restrained spice, served in the "fleur de lys glass".
The beer became tastier and smoother toward the end, very slightly sweet, almost like a light dessert. Very yummy.
This restaurant has outstanding pastrami in addition to a good selection of Belgian beers.
