Warm green bean salad with dried apricots, apples, grapes and Serrano ham. Sweet and salty, warm and cold -- soooo good!
Jaleo is a Spanish tapas bar/restaurant, with several locations in the DC area. We just wandered in, were seated immediately and had a delicious meal. Appetizers are one of my favorite meals, so this was great. I've since read that many of their tapas are not "traditional", but everything tasted delicious and that's what counts.

Though I'm not much of a cook, I'm going to try to do this one here at home. I'm a chemist, I can work it out, right? How hard can it be?!?? :-o It was just so delightful, I'm hoping to come up with at least a reasonable approximation. :-)
