Ideas for small spaces: Lovely yellow + white + black bedroom

    Newer Older

"Your bedroom shouldn't have overflowing laundry baskets or DVD wires stringing all over the place," says Michelle Adams, the cofounder and editor-in-chief of Lonny magazine, a former domino magazine stylist and the mastermind behind the eco-friendly Rubie Green fabric range. "Try to keep it simple."

For her tiny and fabulous Manhattan bedroom, Adams covered the headboard with Rubie Green's 'Marilyn' print. Bedding is 'Tillinghast,' also from Rubie Green (no longer available). She found the rug and curtains at IKEA; a vintage-shop credenza stores her clothes.

Her apartment's overall decor was inspired by the J.K. Place Capri hotel in Italy.

absolutely ingenius and beautiful! very inspiring and makes a smaller room---more desirable than a larger space, love the "grande affect" it has; bedding and headboard, and colors. Lovely
