062/366: Found Bells (Green Challenge)

Much to my sweet tooth's delight, and Weight Watchers' dismay, I discovered a hidden stash of Reese's peanut butter bells in my craft room this evening.

I ate many other healthy green things today, but felt obligated to devour these suckers as I had neglected to snap any other green pics today.

Sometimes, it's tough to be a 366er. ;-)

Broccoli, spinach and avocado on top of roasted sweet potatoes and carrots - and topped off with queso fresco and scallions. (On my favorite - corn tortillas!)

059/366: Mini Feast Night

I like to cook a big meal with multiple components at least once a week. :-)

Tonight's mini feast: Grilled sockeye salmon with lemon and fresh dill, quinoa, and roasted beets & carrots tossed with sauteed beet greens, crumbled goat cheese and fresh oregano.
