Steak with Avocado Salad:
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
3-4 avocados, cubed
2 limes, juiced
fresh cilantro, about 1 tablespoon, chopped
Toss all ingredients together and allow to marinate for a bit before serving. Serve over slices of medium-well grilled sirloin. (Or another steak cut of your choice.)
