Peach Tart
I wonder why it seems like you hardly ever see tarts. They're so easy to make and just as delicious. This is a peach tart with an oatmeal crust and a blueberry reduction as garnish.
On a side note, the other day i was inspired to learn about photography and after applying myself, learned how to actually use the manual settings on my camera. Words like "aperture" and "f-stop" actually make sense to me now. I can't believe I never took the time to learn these things before. Photography is so much less frustrating now! i always thought it would be too hard or time consuming to learn the manual settings. If that's you, i encourage you to go online or buy a book. It will be worth your time.
