    Beignet is a French food, pronounced ben–YAY in the USA. Café du Monde, the coffee shop in the French Quarter in New Orleans, makes it famous here. It's a deep-fried yeast dough (donut), square with no hole, top with generous dusting of powdered sugar. Café au lait is a French coffee, goes with Beignet.

    Thanks for the sharing. Hope yours will attract more people all over the world to visit New Orleans someday.
    I ususally arrange them in the order of photographers' names. Sometime, I pick a unique one and put it in the middle. The good photos pretty much make the mosaic look great automatically.

    这是法国式炸麵圈 是方型的 中间没洞 撒了很多的糖粉
    没学过 看起来不难 当然, 说的容易 :)
    我不太做油炸的东西 是怕油烟麻烦
    在那是现做的 非常好吃; 它的咖啡 也非常好喝; 两个是绝配!
