Part of the culture in Southern California are the many street performers you see in a variety of locations, in this case playing to a crowd at a local Farmers Market in Huntington Beach.

Taken at the Calico Ghost Town, located in Barstow California, this is a replica schoolhouse, which sits atop of the town founded in the late 1800's for its silver mining. If you are ever in the area between Southern California and Las Vegas, this is a wonderful, lesser-known historical spot that is great for photography.

It’s been awhile since I have been to this part of cyberspace…I invite you to check out what has been keeping me busy, which is launching my own website, RobertSternPhotography.
