slant. anyway, the shot is amazing.
The other question is what coffee are you
using? Agreed with the first poster, this is
one of the best pulls I've ever seen and much
better than the espresso I'm about to go make
now... (I also use a naked PF)

Hi Ryan, I use a Gaggia Classic and a Sunbeam grinder - nothing fancy. It's amazing what a difference the portafilter makes!
