This is our home bought in February of 2011. The upper shot is how the house was when we first purchased the house. The larger panoramic is of the house currently after numberous weekends of work– although the front door is a photoshopped version of the door I will be constructing this Fall.

Here is the unabashed list of what we have tackled so far:
• moved lower shelving station to accomodate larger new refrigerator
• replaced rotted planks & refinished hardwoord floors
• carpeting laid down on the basement
• new front foor and frame
• new sliding door and frame
• repainted otside window trim
• removed window film from all windows
• New sliding door and frame
• New back door and frame
• New storm door for side door
• Removal of trees, bushes and weeded undergrowth in front of yard
• Removal of another tree in the back yard
• fixed all leaky faucets
• Piping for main drain-pipe replaced due to severe leaking and water damage
• Clean roof of loose shignles and moss
• Clean out plugged up rain gutters
• Removal of dead rotting logs in the back yard
• Recaulk master bath tub
• Repainted front brick exterior
• Alarm installed
• blinds installed for the main level
• curtains up for the two kids rooms

We are currently in the process of deweeding the entire front yard and planning to reseed by the fall. We still need to finish up the baseboards aand finally get to paint the interior of the house. *fingers crossed*
