Believe, I didn't think very much about the postures when taking the shots. I was trying to get this done before my kids back to the house, so I would have to answer a ton of questions about what I was doing.
But now that I look at the photo based on the comments above, I do my poses reveal some subconscious view of myself. Hmmm, something to think more deeply about.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is a bit self-conscious when doing these types of shots (even when I'm alone in my house - ha-ha). The ones in public are even worse.

Would it be giving the game away if I asked the technique here? In the days of film I had a mask that let me take half a frame, then the other half (without winding the film fowards or moving the camera position of course). But now with digital, I guess it's easy to do it in Photoshop using layers - but how?
