Yardley Wood Road, Birmingham, 1985
Christmas 1985, must have seen me passing through South Birmingham, this picture being the only memory of the day that I have any recollection of. The bus, 4569 is seen standing on Yardley Wood Road opposite the bus garage, presumably awaiting its change over driver? A gaggle of contemporary cars line the seemingly quite road behind. The building to the right was a new supermarket nearing completion.
