I definitely have the most beautiful friends in existence.

Have I ever mentioned that I have the coolest friends ever?

This is Cory, my favorite makeup-crazy, hair-styling, modeling, contact-wearing, japanese music-listening, admittedly-self-absorbed, pale dorky boy ever. And for the past year or so we've been doing a lot of photo shoots for an online modeling competition he was in. Basically we'd get an assignment, he'd come up with the look, and we'd both run around some area doing stuff like climbing in dirt holes and the like.

It was amazingly fun.

I am still alive.

The last year has been filled with a myriad of things, most importantly my senior year of high school, life developments and realizations, turning 18 (this photo actually features lighting from said event), being a complete slave to design/school,art school acceptance, loans and scholarships, and general teenage pleasure/angst. It's been good times.

Good times, however, as much as my infrequently updated Flickr would assure, still complimented by photography...though I'm not going to lie, it's been a lot (LOT) of senior portraits (a payed gig though, which is nice) and various shoots for friends that model and cosplay and the like. With the occasional dabble in film. I miss it. I'm getting back to that.

In short, I'm going to go a photo a day thing here for a while until I fully release my backlog of images. It's going to be a lot of portrait work for a while, but I'll try to keep it all interesting and top quality for your enjoyment.

I took this shot around this time last year but am just now uploading it. I talked to this guy for a while and when I asked to take his picture he accused me of "taking pictures of the freaks". Saw him again this year and he's still just as beautiful. :) Didn't have the Tigger hat though.

I think this may even be a triple exposure.
