IR Focus assist + hotshoe flash

Made an extra switch in the flash so the flash doesn't fire but all the other functions do. Added a hotshoe for a trigger.

    Mark: dat is het idee.
    (de flits heeft dan ook een zware bres in het budget geslagen, kostte me toch wel 10 euro)
