The newly established International Centre for Human Development, set
up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and the Indian
Institute for Advanced Study in collaboration with UNDP, was
officially launched with the inaugural address by Prof. Amartya Sen on
‘Human Development in the Post 2015 era’.
