A homeless man is being photographed while teams from the "Mother" NGO from the S:T Stephen's hospital survey's homeless men at a night shelter next to Old Delhi's railway station.
UNDP and the S:T Stephen's hospital in New Delhi has set out on a project to map, survey and issue the approximately100.000 homeless people of the Indian capital with an identity card.
