    Mould grows in a property flooded after the levies broke in the lower 9th ward. Personal posessions damaged by the Hurricane and flood lay destroyed.

    Some four months after Hurricane Katrina many poor areas of New Orleans are still without power. Residents claim that the rebuilding project promised by the authorities will not benefit the poor. To date residents have been given four months to repair their homes or risk it being liable to demolition, leaving the land to be claim be the State.

      this looks like it was a precious and beautifull old south style home at one time . My aunt lost everything and my mother and dad took her and her kids in and they found new lives in missouri . I know everyone was not so lucky . god bless these ppl I hope they found a new life somewhere else .
